Consultation Fee (Kashfiyah): The consultation fee for all offers in the Dermatology section is 100 SAR as a symbolic value. This amount will be refunded or deducted from the total invoice when a service or offer is purchased, unless there is an exception or general administrative directive.
Taxes: Offer prices do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) for non-Saudis.
Use of Paid Amount: The amount paid is non-refundable but the paid service can be exchanged for other services.
Discounts and Insurance: Discount coupons, cash vouchers, or other forms of reduction cannot be used in conjunction with offers. No additional discount can be applied to offers. Insurance and discounts are not included with offers.
Service Redemption Period: The service must be utilized within 6 months from the date of offer purchase.
Multiple Purchases: The same customer can pay for an offer and purchase multiple sessions, but all sessions must be used within 3 months from the date of invoicing.
Booking Period for Morning Offers: The period for booking morning offers is from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Transfer Between Branches (Packages): If a customer pays the full value for a package (such as laser) and uses a portion of the sessions at one branch, the customer is entitled to transfer to another branch to complete the remaining sessions, provided the consultation fee for the offer is paid at the new branch.
Laser Offer Areas: The areas included in laser offers are: (Bikini - Underarm - Face - Legs - Hands).
Should any point contradict the specific Terms and Conditions mentioned above for the offers, the General Terms and Conditions for services provided at Joele Clinics Complex shall prevail.
